Application

Medium pressure Hydraulic Lines 100 to 350 bar.
Suitable for hydraulic application with increased resistance to abrasion for use with petroleum, synthetic or water based fluids in Hydraulic Systems suitable for Agricultural machinery, Eartmoving, Articulating & Telescopic booms and Material handling equipments. Can be used for industrial gases and other applications, please consult manufacturer. Compact construction compared to conventional single steel wire braid rubber hoses

Applicable Standard:
Exitflex proprietary hose and exceeds SAE/EN one wire braid hose specifications.

Construction:
Core: Thermoplastic Elastomer
Reinforcement: Single steel wire braid
Cover: Black color Polyurethane and optional pin pricked. Available in twin and multi lines with different hose combination and size. Also, special colours up on request.

Temperature Range:
Continuous: -40°C to +100°C Temp not to exceed +70°C for Air and water based fluids.
